Are MegaPass holders exempt from online booking fees?
Fees are waived or reduced only when designated MegaPass or MegaPass Guest tickets are used. All non-MegaPass tickets are still subject to any applicable fees.
What does my 20% concessions discount apply to?
The MegaPass 20% discount can be applied to most concessions, including MegaMug and MegaTub refills, but excludes collectible merchandise, new MegaMugs/Tubs/Tags and any in-seat service. The 20% discount must be manually selected on eligible items when ordering concessions through the website.
Can my monthly tickets be used for any format or seat?
Your MegaPass monthly ticket(s) can apply to nearly all premium formats with an up-charge, including D-BOX, IMAX and MegaScreen. Ineligible premium formats include Dine-In Luxury Box seats (Daybreak Location only) and Luxury Layback Loungers.
What happens if I don’t use my free MegaPass tickets every month?
Unused MegaPass tickets automatically roll over each month, allowing you to accumulate up to 12 tickets at a time, with no expiration as long as your subscription remains valid. If you cancel your MegaPass subscription, or your subscription expires while passes remain in your balance, reach out to Guest Services, and they can convert your remaining passes into guest service passes.
What other exclusions apply to my megapass tickets?
MegaPass tickets cannot be used for special events, including concerts, Fathom events, etc.
