Under the ADA, a service animal is a dog individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.\n\n<br>To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, a Megaplex employee may ask the following two questions when the need for a service animal is not readily apparent:\n<ol>\n<li>Is the animal required because of a disability?<\/li>\n<li>What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/p>\n\n<p><br>Finally, the ADA does not recognize animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support.
