All Megaplex Theatre locations open 30 minutes before the first showtime, and close 15 minutes after the last showtime.

Megaplex Theatres Reserved Seating tickets are available online, on our app or at any theatre location, including our ticketing kiosks.

Ticket refunds may be offered in the form of Megaplex Gift Cards if the showtime has not passed, or readmit passes if the showtime has passed. Sorry, no cash or credit card refunds at the theatre. For questions about refunds, please contact our Guest Services team by submitting a support ticket here.

Child Pricing applies for children ages 0-11. Children under age 3 are free unless occupying a seat. Senior Pricing applies for guests ages 62 and over. Military pricing requires a picture ID for purchase. Matinee Pricing applies for movies starting before 4:00 p.m.

An advanced booking fee may be applied to each ticket purchased through the Megaplex Theatres website or app. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Discount pricing does not apply per studio restrictions to opening days of new films.

A purchased movie ticket is a revocable license. The holder, on behalf of the holder and any minor accompanying the holder (individually and collectively, the “Holder”), agrees to all of the terms hereof. By using this ticket and entering the movie theatre, the Holder agrees to be bound by all of the terms of this license. The Holder agrees not to transmit, distribute, or sell (or aid in transmitting, distributing, or selling), in any media now or hereafter existing, any picture, video, audio or other form of reproduction of the movie for which this ticket is issued. The ticket (and underlying gift card/voucher) may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, without the express written consent of Megaplex Theatres.

Megaplex Theatres ensures our Movie Ratings Policy is fully enforced everytime a ticket is purchased or redeemed.

A parent or legal guardian must purchase tickets and accompany any guest under age 17 into the auditorium of an R-rated film and stay to see the film.

Everyone in the party must have their ID ready for R-rated films.

A valid driver’s license or state ID is required in order to purchase tickets for R-rated films.

Children 5 and under not admitted after 6 p.m. to R-rated films.

Children 5 and under are not admitted to our VIP auditoriums.
