Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the theatre or Meeting and Banquet Rooms. We require that all catering arrangements be made exclusively through the theatre for food or drink. We have a list of preferred caterers for your event needs.
Yes, our film buyers will request permission from the film studio. Rental fees for classic films vary depending on the film. Not all films are available.

To rent an auditorium to show your own film, your group must own the rights to the film you are showing. If the film isn’t already in DCP format, conversion fees will apply in addition to the auditorium rental. A Digital Cinema Package (DCP) is essential for our digital projectors to display custom on-screen content and films. If your content isn’t in DCP format, conversion will be necessary at an additional cost.
Kindly note that a 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. Payment in full is required two weeks prior to your event date to ensure seamless coordination and preparation.
